For many years, medical focus has been on treating diseases rather than preventing them, leading to a population living longer but with more illnesses. However, there’s a shift towards recognizing that true health comes from a holistic lifestyle, encompassing nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional well-being. Modern society often overlooks the body’s natural needs, relying on quick fixes like pills and energy drinks, which contributes to the rise of lifestyle diseases.
To address this, SA Natural Products has introduced the Living Naturally Academy Course. This course goes beyond product training, providing a comprehensive understanding of health, disease prevention through lifestyle and natural remedies, basic anatomy and physiology, and common ailments. It aims to equip participants with the knowledge to offer holistic and effective services to their customers. The course consists of nine modules, delivered over 24 hours, and includes an online assessment leading to a certification. It blends modern medical knowledge with proven holistic health practices.

Dr David Naude
Head of Medical & Research at SA Natural Products.
Dr. David Naude is both a registered homeopath and phytotherapy practitioner (Western Herbal Medicine), holding dual registrations in each profession. He has been in daily clinical practice working with patients for almost 25 years. Teaching and sharing knowledge with others is another passion of his and as a university lecturer for more than a decade, he taught hundreds of students, supervised more than 40 Master’s students and published and presented homeopathic research internationally. He is currently the Head of Medical & Research at S.A Natural Products where amongst other functions his teaching journey continues with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals conducting training events and seminars including the delivery of more than 25 Living Naturally Academy events to date.
